Organization Overview
The Jay Mark Group formed in 1990, with a merger that brought together experience, youth, and factory savvy, a combination, which has helped mold The Jay Mark Group into one of the most experienced foodservice rep organizations in the Illinois market. The Jay Mark Group's outside sales team consists of Jim Heffernan, Joe Pacentine, and Dave Heffernan, whom boast over 75 years of combined foodservice experience. Ron Rippley is our Corporate Chef. Jake Flota recently joined the team as a Sales Representative.
