M Chef Committee

Increase MAFSI member and industry awareness of the value of culinary training and selling.

Objectives for this Committee Include:

  • Identify opportunities for educational programs addressing culinary training 
  • Develop culinary training programs that are both specified and broad-based
  • Create a certification program for rep chefs
  • Make the M Chef Certification the new industry standard
